*Asset management experience is also considered favourably.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day leasing activities for a portfolio spanning retail malls and sites
- Act as a trusted leasing advisor to property owners and investors, providing strategic guidance on portfolio positioning and tenant mix
- Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rent negotiations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of solid leasing management experiences in commercial and retail sector, ranging from consultancies, developers or sizable organizations
- Self-initiated, proactive with strong business acumen
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer/Assistant Officer
