Retail Operations Manager (High Fashion)

Job description

Our client is a well-known international fashion brand, due to their business expansion in HK & Macau, they are looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the retail sales & operations and people management for HK & Macau’s businesses in order to achieve sales targets and ensure the excellence of the floor operations.
• Conduct analysis on the sales performance and floor’s service performance to identify the business opportunities and develop action plan to the floor.
• Lead and motivate the retail team, handle the frontline recruitment and work closely with Training team to ensure proper coaching to frontline staff.
• Conduct field visit regularly and handle customer enquiries
• Work closely with Buying and Marketing team to coordinate on in-store promotions and events.
• Assist in any ad hoc events

Responsibilities:

• Degree Holder preferred.
• With over 8 years retail sales experience in which 3 years in managerial level, preferably in premium fashion industry;
• Responsible, result-oriented and self-motivated;
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
