Job description
Our client, an international co-educational day school is looking to appoint a new School Principal. The school is an authorized IB World School, with 150 staff and a school community consisting of over 700 pupils.
Requirements:
- Ensure the school’s Board of Directors, staff, students and parents share the school’s core values and mission
- Empower students to develop so they are ready to thrive, serve and find their place in the world
- Ensure the student’s best interests are paramount
- Lead and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Build development strategies for quality assurance and ongoing school improvement
- Develop networks and partnerships with educators and institutions in Hong Kong and internationally
- Follow and EDB guidelines and procedures
