Job description

Our client is the sourcing arm of a leading US  apparel and fashion brand. Established more than 50 years ago, they are highly recognized as one of the largest international retailers in the world.  Due to their continuous growth and to support their hundreds of thousands of employees operating world wide, they are now looking for a Senior Admin Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of junior and senior level admin/supporting staff 
  • Perform general office admin duties including facilities management and office supplies procurement
  • Provide admin and coordination support to regional offices
  • Oversee office  relocation and renovation projects within the region
  • Any other related ad hoc task

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree holder in  Business Administration or any related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar capacity within a sizeable international company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  and must have  the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
  • Able to work effectively and  independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
