Senior Architect - AP

Job description

We are now seeking for Senior Architect - AP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion
• Supervise and prepare detailed design including coordinated drawings, joinery details, finishes schedules, and building system integration
• Oversee site progress against construction schedule, identifying delays and driving recovery plans
• Responsible for tendering process and contract negotiation
• Conduct site surveys and prepare measured drawings for existing conditions
• Prepare and maintain the documentation for statutory submission

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education in Architecture, Design or related discipline
• Authorized Person qualification is a must
• At least 6 years of solid experiences in sizable projects
• Well-versed in both Hong Kong and China regulations
• Proactive, self-initiative and a collaborative team player
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
