Job description
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of internal rating system and improving current process by ways of automation
Establish and review credit risk related policies and procedures
Ensure credit limits in line with the Company's credit risk appetite and compliance with the credit policy framework
Identify and evaluate all risk related to new or complex credit products and high-risk activities
Assess the credit and financial strength of the Company’s trading counterparties and borrowers to determine acceptable levels of credit exposure
Monitor and manage exposures at counterparty, product and portfolio level
Monitor adherence to established risk limits and ensuring that material risks are effectively communicated to senior management
Any other ad-hoc works as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics or quantitative/analytical related discipline preferred with FRM chartered is preferred
Experienced in evaluating structured finance, value modeling and cross border business
Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in investment bank or finance institutions
Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, VBA etc is a plus
“Can-do” attitude, detail-minded and be able to work independently with multitasking
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferable
