The successful candidate will assist and support different compliance programs and will be responsible for analysing regulatory change and development and implementing compliance policies accordingly. Additionally he/she will be responsible for promoting an ethics-based culture and providing assurance to management that compliance risks within the function’s scope are appropriately identified and handled.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder or above with at least 8 years of related experience gained with a financial services company, professional services firm, or a regulator. He/she must have knowledge of the insurance regulatory environment in Hong Kong and must have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and an ability to communicate effectively, and build relationships with, internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
