A leading consultancy firm in Hong Kong is currently seeking Senior Designer and Project Designer with Architecture Background, handling mix-used project in Hong Kong or China.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in architecture or relevant qualification
- HKIA or ARB Registered with at least 3 years of experience
- With solid experience in handling HK/PRC commercial/mixed-use projects
- Develop schematic designs, concepts and plans
- Strong in concept thinking, creative design solutions, detailing, and well coordination skill with all related parties;
- Good communication skill in English, mandarin is preferable
