We are now seeking Senior Manager - Procurement strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement innovative sourcing and purchasing strategies for electronic products
• Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with suppliers, focusing on tendering, contract negotiation, and performance assessment
• Work closely with stakeholders to define needs, evaluate suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule
• Evaluate market trends to identify potential efficiencies and areas for improvement in procurement processes
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging professional growth

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary educated in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 10 years of industry experience, preferably in the semiconductor sector.
• Solid grasp of market dynamics
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent communications skills
• Significant experience in managing full-cycle integration projects while ensuring compliance with global guidelines and initiatives
