  • Organizational Effectiveness (OE): Drive change management initiatives, foster team engagement, and recommend improvements to workflow, culture, and team dynamics.

  • Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers regarding leadership skills, conflict resolution, and complex employee relations matters.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, engagement scores) to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Experience: Typically 9+ years of progressive HR experience, operating in an HRBP or strategic advisory capacity.

  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of markets, operations, and business models drive company success.

  • Consultative Communication: Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and coaching skills to navigate sensitive conversations with all levels of staff.

  • Change Management: Proven ability to guide teams through organizational pivots, mergers, or shifts in company culture with minimal disruption.
