Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager- Architecture Background *Large-scale Projects
Company Background
Project Manager/ Project Manager Position from Top-Tier developer in Hong Kong,
They’re seeking for Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager for their Retail and Mixed-use Projects in PRC.
New Role
You will be responsible for Mixed-use, Retail projects in PRC, Stationed in Hong Kong.
- Manage and Coordinate with various parties such as Contractors and consultancy etc
- assisting senior management to handle building projects, manage the project progress, cash flow and safety issues etc
Role Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or related discipline
- Member of HKIA/RIBA will be an advantage
- Mini. 7 years solid experiences in Retail, Mixed-use projects is preferred
- Experience in Retail & Hotel Projects will be a definite advantage
- Familiar with Building Regulation
- Good Command of English and Chinese
- Strong in interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Less experiences will be consider for Project Manager
