Project Manager/Senior Project Manager *Building Background
My client is Well-known Contractor and they’re seeking for Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with Building Background (Housing/Residential Project Background)
to join they new project team.
*This role assisting senior management to handle building projects, manage the project progress, cashflow and safety issues. Coordinate with different parties on project issues
Requirement:
- Degree in building/civil or construction related discipline
- Member of HKIE/MICE/FIStructE/CIOB
- Mini. 8-9 years solid experiences in Residential and Housing Projects with site management
- Experience in precast or MIC will be a definite advantage
- Familiar with Building Regulation
- Good Command of English and Chinese
- Strong in interpersonal and problem solving skills
