Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Building Background, Residential and commercial Focus)

Job description

Our client is an international Real Estate developer and they’re looking for Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor with Residential/Commercial/Mix-used Project Background for the new project and existing project in South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for duties such as Contract Administration , valuation of final accounts, sub-letting, payment and cost control for the whole project
• Other tasks assigned by contract manager 
• Building Project of Luxury RESIDENTIAL/SHOPPING MALL/OFFICE BUILDING

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quality Surveying or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences with building projects reference
• Candidates with residential/commercial/mix-used projects is an advantage
• Willing to learn and accept new challenges
• Well-organized and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Stationed in South East Asia – Large Project
