Job description

Our client is an international Real Estate developer and they’re looking for Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor with Building Service or E&M Background for the new project and existing project in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for duties such as Contract Administration , valuation of final accounts, sub-letting ,payment and cost control for the whole project
- Other tasks assigned by contract manager
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quality Surveying or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 4-6 years related experiences
- Candidates with residential/commercial/mix-used projects is an advantage
- Willing to learn and accept new challenges
- Well-organized and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
