Job description
Job duties:
- Source vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirements from the buying team
- Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow up
- Responsible for vendor relationship and KPI measurements
- Communicate daily with buyers and vendors to ensure programs are delivered as per schedule
- Coordinate the sourcing activities with QA, Supply chain and packaging team
- Responsible to look after fans, heaters, air coolers and portable air conditioners
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Chain is an advantage
- 6 - 8 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing field
- Experience in Electronics items a must
- Good knowledge of EU standards and regulations concerning product safety and requirements
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
