Job description
We are now seeking Engineering Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Steer full-cycle E&M projects - from design and procurement through to contract management, testing & commissioning etc.
- Drive root-cause analysis on equipment failures and execute corrective design changes
- Conduct technical audits and reviews to drive continuous O&M improvements.
- Develop training and assessments to ensure staff competency, compliance, and quality workmanship.
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary educated in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 8 years within heavy industries
- Proven track record in compliance of regulatory submission and documentation
- Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
