Job description
We are now seeking for Technical Service Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair works for the commercial portfolio
- Provide technical support for building services and HVAC systems, ncluding but not limited to reinstatements and minor modifications
- Monitor the contractor performance and ensure the project is delivered in timely manner
- Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to offer technical advice on asset enhancement projects and preventive maintenance works
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 progressive years in O&M projects
- A self-starter with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving capabilities
