Technology Program Director

Job description

I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Technology Program Director for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:              

• Partner closely with key business units to deliver digital financial services through the bank’s platform
• Communicate technology strategy to internal and key partners
• Develop and operate the technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Manage projects from initiation through final implementation; E.g. assembling a matrix project team, identifying relevant resources needed, and; assigning responsibilities based upon the project plan, defining requirements, agreeing terms and ensuring delivery.

Key Requirements:                                          

• Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY
• > 10  years’ of relevant banking IT experience with proven experience in leadership roles
• Must have experience in have applications development background, experience in building and operating digital products
• Solid PMO experience especially in managing complex projects – front end/back end/app/cloud
• Solid technical architecture sense, including applications, network, cloud, databases, financial systems
