Our client is a well known multinational banking and financial services company.  They are looking for a VP, Talent Acquisition to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising and managing the resourcing and generalist team in providing staffing and talent acquisition services to the HK Branch
  • Managing various HR functions relating to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, staff grievance and HR compliance related audits
  • Review and discuss with HR counterparts, hiring managers and top management on their staff and recruitment needs and talent pipelines
  • Improve recruitment process continuously for achieving the highest recruitment efficiency while ensuring the compliance and the bank's policies and procedures , and the respective employment laws and regulations
  • Monitor headcount, staff movement, staff cost and preparing various recruitment reports, analysis and metrics for top management's review

Requirements:

  • University graduate with 10 plus years experience in recruitment.  In-house experience in a bank is preferred.
  • 5 plus years leadership experience
  • Analytical, meticulous, creative, dynamic, proactive, passionate with can-do-attitude
  • Good command of English, both oral and written.  Cantonese is an advantage.
