IT Support Manager - MCSE


  • Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent with team / people management experience
  • 2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT Infrastructure projects with ,troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Environments including Server (XP/7/2003/2008/2012, MS Office)
  • 3. 3+ years of managerial experience in leading a team for Customer Support in IT infrastructure and IT solutions
  • Solid experience in Server, VM, Network, IT Security & Email etc. solutions
  • Solid experience in system administration support
  • Experience in handling both external Customer Support and internal IT support is preferable
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, UNIX, Linux, Mac OS X and relevant network knowledge
  • MCSA/MCTS, MCSE or MCP, CCNP, CCNA certification is an advantage
  • Project Management skill (PMP) is an advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Self-motivated, eager to explore/learn new technology
  • Intelligent and quick-minded with good adaptability
