Our client is an established consultancy firm, is currently seeking for a very efficient Centre Manager to take care of the company’s day to day running of the operations and manage a team of conference centre staff. This role will need to ensure the AV systems, rosters, meeting rooms; events etc are all run in timely and efficient manner.  If you are someone who has experience working in a large organization and have exposure managing a team, this role could be of interest to you.   



  • Supervise a large team of people
  • Manage the events that is conducted in the office ensuring of the management of logistics, catering and equipment etc
  • Manage all office facilities
  • Work out the budget for the team on a yearly basis
  • Ensure that the rosters for the team are prepared and plan accordingly
  • Ensure good time management  of the traffic of all conference rooms
  • Ensure that the team behave in professional manner at all times to the clients both internal and externally
  • Work closely with the catering vendors and the other internal team for all events in the firm



  • Degree holder in related discipline .eg Facilities Management
  • MUST have experience working for sizeable organization
  • Must have supervisory experience managing sizeable team
  • Technically sound in managing all the audio visual equipment
  • Fast thinker and proactive
  • Able to work in a highly fast pace environment
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Ideally has evet management/co-ordination experience
  • Must have fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ideally short notice period is preferred
