Office Manager – $50-60K Law Firm


Our client is a full-service law firm. They are currently seeking for an Office Manager to oversee the overall business operations and to supervise a number of supporting staffs.  


This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to ensure fee earners and clients receive a professional, efficient and high quality legal support service, which includes:

  • Liaising with the Law Society of Hong Kong regularly on registrations and renewals, regulatory matters and filings
  • Liaise with local regulatory bodies for registration, statutory filings and compliance issues
  • Oversee office renovations, space planning and facility management; handled office lease; oversee and manage routine operation of office system and equipment for a safe workplace
  • Supervise a small business support team for administrative support to fee earners
  • Handle various insurance applications and renewal
  • Liaise with the Group’s IT specialist team and local service providers for setting up and maintaining the local IT network and system
  • Assis in the recruitment of the new hires
  • Handle HR functions and staffing matters, including compensation and benefits, visa processing, leave records, staff training, vacation scheme, etc.


  • Prior experience as an Office Manager, preferably in an international law firm is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken/written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)  and English
  • Able to work independently and with positive working attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and able to manage and work as a team
  • Excellent working manner, euthanistic and great interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
