HR Assistant/Administrator (International law firm) $15-20K


Our client is a reputable leading internal law firm with operations worldwide; they are currently seeking for a HR Assistant to be part of their HR team in their Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to explore the legal industry in the long term.


You will be reporting to the HR Manager and be part of an HR team of 3, main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide daily HR administrative support to the team
  • Data entry, record keeping and filing
  • Participate in recruitment cycle and support with recruitment co-ordination
  • Handling leave applications
  • Office maintenance duties
  • Any other hoc tasks


  • 1-2 years of admin/HR assistant experience is preferred
  • Candidates with legal experience is preferred but not essential
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  •  Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
