Customer Service Administrator (1 year contract)

Our client is one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies.  To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Reporting o the Supply Chain Manager, you will provide customer service support to sales team and handle customer order processing, inventory control and assist the Supply Chain Manager on month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.


  • Handle customer orders, prepare delivery, invoicing and set up safety stock level for sales team
  • Follow up with the feedback of customer and internal business unit  and make sure the service is align with company’s  standard
  • Handle and co-ordinate internal & external customer enquiries
  • Stock count at hospitals, customer sites, office storeroom and warehouse
  • Assist the manager to implement any process improvement projects and explore new opportunities
  • Support and comply with ISO 13485 certification requirement
  • Follow and execute SOP and assist the manager to ensure sales team requirements are fulfilled
  • Willing to work non-office hour and/ or weekends whenever required


  • University graduate, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Customer Service/ Logistics, past experience in Healthcare industry will be a great advantage
  • Customer – oriented, a good team player with team spirit is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good MS Office Application skills, SAP knowledge is highly preferred
