Personal Assistant & Office Administrator


Our client is a well-known wealth management firm across APAC. They are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the office in Hong Kong


  • Be responsible for extensive calendar management, requiring interaction with external executives, clients and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, including room management and preparing refreshments/food as required.
  • Assist preparation of presentation materials.
  • Compose correspondence, create and modify documents/presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Required to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations.
  • Prepare T&E claims in line with company policy.


  • University graduate with minimum of 4 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in serving senior management in banking and finance industry.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong Chinese and English written skill is a must.
  • Professional, punchy, attentive to details with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent computer and MS office skills especially PowerPoint.
