Receptionist (up to $25K) - International law firm


Summary:

My client is a reputable international law firm in central. They are currently seeking for a Receptionist to handle both front desk and administrative duties for the Hong Kong office.


Responsibilities:

  • The main duties will include:
  • Welcome and greet visitors/clients
  • Provide full reception support to the Hong Kong office
  • Maintaining a booking schedule for meeting rooms
  • Assisting Client Catering team to provide catering service to meetings, conferences and events
  • Office admin duties
  • Facilities management and procurement managements
  • Any other ad hoc duties


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant
  • Must have law firm experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and a highly motivated attitude
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
