Human Resources Manager/ Business Partner


 Summary:

Our client is a well known US listed conglomerate.  They are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join their offices in HK.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Manage the recruitment function through active sourcing and selection techniques and build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels
  • Support current and future business needs through professional HR full spectrum services
  •  Work closely with management teams to develop and implement localization and succession plans that are appropriate for the BU.
  • Responsible for the communication of corporate information and policies to all levels of employees across the organisation.
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives

 

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 6+ years of experience in human resources gained from retail or FMCG industry experience is a must, generalists candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese & English language - proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen leadership and management skill
