Sales Manager – FMCG/Retail (new headcount)

Our client is a multinational Consumer company with a growing business in Hong Kong and Macau. For their ongoing business they are looking for a strategic Sales Manager (Head) to manage the whole sales department in Hong Kong and Macao.

This role will be perfect for candidates who are looking to join a small / medium politics-free organizations where they can still made huge impacts on the company’s performance.

Main Duties:

  • Negotiate with retail clients on a strategic level and formulating short and mid term sales strategies to achieve sales target
  • Manage Key Account team, General Trade team and field sales
  • Manage small distributor in Hong Kong and Macao and work closely to identify new business opportunity
  • Consolidate sales forecast and partner with internal clients, and General Manager


  • Degree holder
  • 8+ Years with solid sales experience in FMCG
  • Experience in both Key Account and General Trade will be beneficial
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
  • A proactive team player and strong team management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
