Manager, Financial Due Diligence

Our client is a global consultancy firm with strong presence in Europe and US focusing on continuous improvement consulting for clients. They have a financial advisory arm and going a rapid expansion in APAC.

Job Description:

  • Participated in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence analysis to identify key financial and operational issues which impacted purchase/selling price
  • Analyse and synthesized target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation with the target company
  • Tailor and design transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, indebtedness considerations, borrowing base calculations, and/or business combinations and carve-out financial statements
  • Assist in engagements from PE clients on pre M&A commercial due diligence and develop financial modelling 


  • Bachelor in Accounting & Finance, Economics or Business management
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience gained from Big 4 Financial advisory or Deals advisory with a focus on Financial Due Diligence team
  • Process fluent spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua) and English
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered as Senior Associate
  • Occasional travel within Greater China is required
