Team Assistant – UK PE firm – 30K


Summary:

Our client is an independent private equity fund manager with HQ in UK, they are currently looking for a professional Team Assistant to join their regional office here in HK.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Managing Directors on a daily basis including arranging meetings, appointments and maintaining complex diaries. 
  • Assist in meetings arrangement, conference room booking, and handle invoice payment and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in coordination on travel arrangements and hotel reservations, organising conference calls both locally and internationally.
  • Provide logistics coordination support on corporate events and office facilities management where necessary.
  • Covering receptionist duties when required including: meeting and greeting visitors, serving drinks, operating teleconferencing and video conferencing device

 Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum of 5 years extensive administrative and secretarial support experience gained from banking, investment or financial institutions.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Capable of handling sensitive material on a confidential basis.
  • Professional, punchy, attentive to details with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong self-starter and team player.
