Team Coordinator/ Administrative Secretary


Summary:

Our client is a top tier global asset management firm, they are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Team Coordinator to join their dynamic recruitment team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director on a daily basis including arranging meetings, appointments and maintaining complex diaries. 
  • Assist in meetings arrangement, conference room booking, and handle invoice payment and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in coordination on travel arrangements and hotel reservations, organising conference calls both locally and internationally.
  • Organise and maintain the filing system and storage of confidential documents.
  • Prepare various reports, correspondences and presentation materials...etc.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum of 3 years extensive administrative and secretarial support experience gained in the MNC or sizable firm.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Capable of handling sensitive material on a confidential basis.
  • Professional, punchy, attentive to details with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong self-starter and team player.
