Senior Human Resources Manager, Greater China


Our client is a well known listed telecom.  They are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join their offices in HK.


  • To support the head to evaluate the effectiveness and refines the current and long-term talent acquisition and sourcing strategies making recommendations to the Company’s sourcing strategy and structure;
  • Develop recruiting strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities that ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels in the organization including strategic and executive positions;
  • Introduce innovative hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates;
  • Design, implements and maintain the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the recruiting function;
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to understand business needs to align recruiting strategies;
  • Develop overall company compensation & benefits strategies to so attract and retain best talents in the market;
