Our client is a well known property development with corporate environment. They are currently seeking for a professional Secretarial & Administration Team Manager
In this role, you will work closely with the top management and supervise a secretarial team of 10+ people. You will responsible to manage daily administrative related duties and to ensure the smooth running of the director’s office; planning and executing general office administration works including coordinate and oversee office facilities list on regular basis to minimize cost for storage. You will also be responsible to formulate and organize office operations, procedures and policies; maintain and renegotiate company services with different service providers; coordinate corporate events…etc.
