HR & Administration Executive (Recruitment + HR Operation)


One of the larger business consultancy group across APAC.  Due to fast business expansion, they are currently seeking for a HR & Administration Executive to join their HK regional office. You will be reporting to the HR Director.


  • Assist in developing strategies, goals and initiatives, and conduct regular review to ensure desirable results are met, and to optimize effectiveness & efficiency;
  • Handle all round HR functions including recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training & development, staff relations and all necessary documentations
  • Formulate and manage the execution of HR management policies and procedures including but not limited to talent acquisition, planning, retention; workforce culture and engagement; performance and reward management; employment relations etc.;
  • Prepare analysis reports and proposals, and formulate budget forecast and control;
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to streamline and improve the internal control


  • Degree or diploma holder in business administration with 3 to 5 years of administrative and HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Resourceful, proactive and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently, accountable to furnish all tasks on time and can work under pressure
