Admin Assistant/Admin Officer (International law firm) $25-30K


Our client is a top tier law firm; they are currently seeking for an Admin Assistant/Admin Officer to provide administrative support to the Office in Hong Kong.


You will be working closely with the Admin and HR department and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administrative duties to the office
  • Manage reports, filling, payment arrangements, budgeting, handle projects
  • Stationary and other supplies ordering
  • Coordination of office facilities maintenance
  • Liaise with various vendors for office renovation and relocation projects if needed
  • Handle projects documentation such as lease document and contract agreement
  • Facilities management
  • Event coordination for internal events and client events
  • As well as any other ad hoc duties when required


  • Successful candidates should have the following requirements:
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience from professional firms (Law firm is preferred)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, well organised, able to multi task and proactive
  • Strong communication skills and sincere
