Retail Training Manager, Asia (MNC Beauty/Retail)


Our client is a well-known and premium beauty brand in worldwide, to cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Retail Training Manager, Asia to join their team.

Main Duties:

You will be the Lead of the Retail Training team to oversee and manage the Training & Performance strategies to the sales team. To formulate, develop and execute the Retail Training strategies and programs in both classroom and on-field coaching to drive staff’s performance and brand loyalty. Liaise with Sales team and Marketing team to identify the training needs of the floor on product knowledge, brand story, retail operations and selling skills. Oversee the training budget, develop and prepare the training materials. Provide evaluation reports to high management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experiences gained from Beauty/Retail industries, which at least 4 years in Managerial role.
  • Strong presentation and people skills
  • Good insight in Beauty industry
  • Passionate, out-going, well-organized and proactive person
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good command in spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access etc.)
  • Willing to travel
