Office Manager – $50-60K Established Law Firm in Central


Our client is a top tier international full-service law firm, with around 200 people in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for an Office Manager to oversee the overall business operations.



This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to ensure fee earners and clients receive a professional, efficient and high quality legal support service, which includes:

  • Liaising with building management for general lease and housekeeping matters
  • Communicate with landlord on lease related matters
  • Oversee Office renovation and maintenance of premises when needed
  • Manage business Services budget
  • Supervise arrangement for staff accommodation
  • Manage and review bills, invoices and supplies procurement.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
  • Conduct induction for new joiners
  • Negotiate and maintain  facilities’ contracts



·         Minimum of 6-8 years of administrative/Office Manager experience, preferably in the legal/ professional services industry

·         Proficient in English and Cantonese

·         Ability to lead a team and motivate/develop others

·         Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills

·         Sound IT skills including proficiency with Excel and data analysis

·         Excellent working manner, euthanistic and great interpersonal skills

·         Proactive, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
