Senior Receptionist / Office Administrator


As a leader of US Asset management firm with a multicultural working environment; our client is looking for a passionate and professional Senior Receptionist to join them in the Hong Kong office.


  • Directly report to the Office Manager who based in Hong Kong and provide full spectrum of executive support to by arranging and coordinating intensive travel schedule include ticket, hotel reservation and travel insurance for overseas (per trip).
  • Responsible for all-round receptionist general duties such as covering main switch board, maintaining traffic of meeting and conference room bookings, greeting visitors or clients in professional manner, handling correspondences and faxes and manage front desk. purchasing & maintenance of office supplies, managing petty cash and book-keeping, etc
  • Provide excellent customer service standard in handling all in-coming telephone calls from external customers and general publics
  • Arrange quarterly carpet cleaning and manage the general cleanliness and tidiness of reception and public areas and conference rooms.
  • Collecting and checking internal staffs’ expense claims to prepare expenses report for Finance Department.
  • Provide assistance to internal staffs with administration and daily operation supports and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • At least 5 years solid working experiences in MNC or sizable company.
  • Able to work independently with good time management and strong communication skills and professional telephone manner to interact with both internal and external customers
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality, enthusiastic, customer-oriented, responsible and professional presentation.
  • Experienced in operation switchboard.
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office applications.
