Sales & Marketing Administrator – Healthcare Sector

Our Client is a highly prestigious multinational in the Healthcare industry with a wide global footprint that looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in HK.


  • Provide initial reply for all inquiries  via email, fax and calls regarding call for customers
  • Coordinate for all orders processing including invoices, complaint orders or special order arrangement etc.)
  • Assist the team to manage and keep safety inventory level and provide update reports to related parties
  • Maintain product, pricing data base and update tender list
  • Prepare weekly & monthly sales report and support team on marketing activities/ events/ conference
  • Bachelor Degree with at least 2-3 years of admin support experience
  • Experience in working for medical device/ healthcare industry would be a great advantage
  • Basic knowledge of, Business Compliance, Quality, Function Work Flow, CRM, etc.
  • Strong analytical skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC and MS Office application skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
