Administrative Assistant – 30K


Summary:

Our client is a top tier asset management firm across APAC with fast paced culture and strong international business network. They are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join regional office here in HK.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report Managing Director and responsible for executive secretarial duties and administrative support including daily management for business routines, coordinating intensive travel schedule, preparing statistical reports and presentation materials and…etc.
  • Support and work with the admin team collaboratively; this includes acting as host / ambassador / concierges ensuring all needs are attended. ( e.g. lunch hour cover, and other absences such as holidays/ sick leaves)
  • Provide logistics coordination support on corporate events and office facilities management where necessary.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 4 years working experiences in supporting senior management gained from financial institutions and MNCs.
  • Possess high sense of integrity, able to work independently, good attention to details and punctuality.
  • Strong team player. Presentable, self-starter, pleasant personality and able to work independently;
  • Flexible, helpful and willing to accept responsibility.
  • Good at using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and languages skills – English & Mandarin.
