Our client is a full-service offshore law firm with excellent reputation in advising on BVI, Cayman and Bermuda from their Hong Kong office. They are a reputable law firm with a huge number of lawyers who are exceptionally progressive, innovative and responsive. Due to their continuous growth, they are expanding their front-office support and now looking for an outstanding Receptionist to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall admin and coordination support to the corporate secretarial team
  • Prepare and file corporate secretarial documents and statutory forms
  • Maintain and update corporate records of client companies
  • Ensure compliance to company ordinance and other regulatory requirements
  • Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience gained from an international law firm or corporate secretarial company
  • Experience in providing admin support to the set up and maintenance of HK & others major offshore jurisdictions companies is an advantage but not a must
  • High attention to detail is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
