Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall admin support to lawyers and  business service managers
  • Scan, print and photocopy documents required by the fee earners and other colleagues
  • Coordinate with other business units for admin related support
  • Manage an effective filing  system for all electronic and hard copy document
  • Update client information and relevant databases as requested by the legal assistant and lawyers
  • Provide admin and coordination support to internal staff and regional offices
  • Any other related ad hoc task

Job Requirement:

  • Must be open to a contract position
  • More than 2 years of experience as an administrator. Experience gained from a law firm is an advantage.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications and reasonably high typing speed
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  and must have  the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
  • Able to work effectively and  independently in a fast paced environment
