Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant Leasing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate strategic tenancy plans
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Account for a full spectrum of quality leasing services
- Develop extensive industry network and business partnership
- Explore new business opportunities for asset investment
- Closely coordinate with other stakeholders and related departments on layout planning and tenancy matters
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Business, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline
- At least 6 years of solid leasing management experiences with proven track record in retail leasing, either associated with developers or retailers
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Excellent negotiation skills will be a significant advantage
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
