Job description
We are partnering with a market leading developer to invite a committed and self-motivated talent to join their established team.
We are now seeking for Assistant Manager – Property Research
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research works and detailed analysis in respected areas
Account for feasibility studies for the portfolio acquisitions and disposal
Analyse business data in related to economics, land, government policy etc.
Collect market insights and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities
Prepare regular reporting and presentation to top management
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business, economics or related disciplines
A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated comprehensive research experiences in property developers or consultancies
Meticulous, self-initiative with excellent analytical abilities
Strong business acumen and articulate communications skill is highly preferrable
