Assistant Technical Manager

​Our client is a recognized developer with renowned portfolio. Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for technical management professional to lead their team.

We are now seeking for Assistant Technical Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account for full spectrum of technical services and building management duties

• Manage A&A project pipeline to ensure strict compliance to statutory requirement and timely manner

• Analyse tender and evaluate contractors’ performance

• Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Offer design and technical support for planning on new development

• Responsible for budget cost control in maintenance and capital project

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in mechanical, electrical engineering, building service or equivalent disciplines

• At least 6 years of technical and facilities management experiences with proven track record for residential and commercial portfolio

• Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role

• A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communications and organizational abilities
