Job description
Our client is a well-established developer with prestigious reputation and landmark projects. Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for talented QS professional to join their dynamic team.
We are now seeking for Assistant QS Manager – Contract Management (AQSM/CL310124)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a full spectrum of QS duties including but not limited to tendering process, contract management, cost plans, assessment of variations etc.
Review cost estimates and budget plan to guarantee adherence to project specifications
Manage and review vendor’s and contractors’ performance
Manage the final account process and settlement of claims
Closely liaison with other project team members to ensure the projects to be completed in timely and effective manner
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary educated in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related discipline
At least 5 years of related project experiences with proven track record in sizable development
Member of professional qualifications is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as SQS
