Job description
Our client is a leading provider of professional services in the region. Established 50 years ago, they are the partner of choice by the majority of Fortune 500 companies and other publicly listed companies. Their service offerings include accounting, corporate secretarial, payroll and tax administration. Due to their continuous expansion in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for an experienced Manager to lead a team of Corporate Secretaries.
Responsibilities:
- Draft all communications with clients for review and approval by the Team Manager
- Respond to clients’ request and inquiries regarding corporate secretarial matters
- Provide timely and excellent customer service when dealing with clients
- Send and follow up corporate secretarial documents and statutory forms with the clients
- Maintain and update corporate records of client companies
- Ensure compliance to company ordinance and other regulatory requirements
- Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience gained from professional services companies
- Must have a diploma or above in corporate administration or other business related disciplines
- Ability to prioritize urgent task and meet deadlines
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
