Job description
Predictive analytics will help understand the needs of users. Identifying their needs, in other words, makes way for better customer experience and satisfaction.
Visual validation in AI/ML helps identify defects compared to conventional software testing method.
AI assists testers in covering more test cases and scenarios. Further, it helps them recognize defects due to enhanced coverage across the software application.
Responsibility
Accountable for establish, review, implement and monitor of test strategies for Digital Product, Web Applications, and Mobile Apps
Work closely with DevOps engineers to establish automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline.
Develop test schedule and communicates to all stakeholders.
Prepare test case planning with documentation and management of testing throughout the project.
Provide advice on technical decisions and testing practice to testing team member.
Act as test lead to provide project testing estimation and coordination, scope control and monitoring of multiple projects in parallel.
Acquire, train, and develop resources to improve team competency.
Review and improves test approach, test methodology, and test process.
Implement best practices in testing practices/tools, technology trends, for all projects.
Requirements:
At least 6 years or above experience in software QA and testing, candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior QA Engineer
Familiar with the SDLC/STLC process and methodology
Familiarity with automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Mocha, JMeter is an advantage.
Experience in performance testing is a preferred.
Experience with agile development process is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD with automation test
