Job description
Our client is one of the market leading retail companies, with their continuous expansion, they are now seeking for a CFO to look for their global finance team.
Responsibilities:
Directly report to the Group CEO and manage the global finance team
Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting
Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company
Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community
Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
Certified Public Accountant certification. BIG4 Audit experiences are must
Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management and M&A practices
Experiences in regional & PRC markets are highly preferred
Experience in a senior management position
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor diverse accounting teams across multiple locations
Strategic mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is a MUST
Frequently travel to PRC is required
