Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Data Management, maintain and update the customer database and sales records using CRM software.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with resolving issues.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Schedule and organize meetings, company activities, townhall, vendor negotaition
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a sales administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
